I got my teeth whitened by using zoom 2 today and the results were great. The only problem is that my teeth hurt sooo bad. the pmaphlet said to take tylenol.. but i did and it didn’t do anything. My teeth didnt start hurting untill about 3 hours after i left the office. The only thing i could think of was hot water.. i have been putting small amounts of hot water in my mouth and spitting it out when it gets colder… for about 2 hours now and it just is unbearable!!! I need to know if there is a better way

I am considering using bleaching gel in my retainers at the recommendation of my dentist, but I am informed that this causes uneven whitening and patches.
