What Teeth whitener will work best after braces?

Cnono asked:

I am getting my braces off soon and I want to whiten my teeth when they are off, because I have seen people that when there braces are off they have little white spots where the brackets used to be. I have been looking around for the best home products to use. I need one that will be strong, but will not hurt or cause sensitivity to my teeth. Also something that does not cost too much money. Thanks!

OK to use tooth-whitening rinse if I have sensitive teeth?

Exiled Mainer asked:

I have sensitive teeth and use sensitive-teeth toothpaste. I was recently enticed by tooth-whitening rinse with hydrogen peroxide, but I fear that it will undo all the sensitivity protection that my toothpaste has been building up. True?

And does this type of rinse really whiten teeth?

Teeth whitening – enamel damage?

jerry asked:

I’ve gone through a number of threads that talk about teeth becoming sensitive after teeth whitening because of the effect of peroxide on the enamel.

Is this sensitivity permanent or temporary?
Is there any permanent damage to the enamel? I wouldn’t want to get white teeth at the expense of destroying my teeth.

Thank you

love4you.forever asked:

Did they work for you?

Which kind have you used? (Classic, Premium, Pro Effects, or the Crest Daily Whitening (5 minute kind))

Did they cause sensitivity?

Were your teeth noticeably whiter?
(I don’t have the money or insurance for professional whitening)

Whitening my teeth at the dentist?

Linda Sungmin Wang asked:

I want to whiten my teeth at the dentist but there are a couple of concerns I’m worried about:

1. What are the procedures they will be doing

2. Will it be painful?

3. Should I clean my teeth before I do it?

4. Will I feel any sensitivity afterwards?

5. How much would it cost?

6. How long will it take?

7. How long would your white teeth last?

8. What should I do afterwards to keep it white?
But the main thing I’m wondering is will it hurt haha. I have low tolerance for pain, so if it’s very painful…I can’t handle it ):

If you’ve done this before, can you tell me what happened. Is it something I should be scared about? O: And are the results good?
