I have heard that they cause your teeth to be sensitive and that you will need to use a sensitivity toothpaste. How long (if this is even true) does the sensitivity last and is it nessecary to purchase a special toothpaste afterwards?
Also, how long do the effects last? Would I be better off paying the extra money to have them whitened proffesionally? My teeth are not extremely yellow or brown but they are a little dull looking and i would like them to be whiter.

Use peroxide and toothpaste twice a day. I use a whitening toothpaste and then use peroxide as a mouth wash only 1:1
I have found that my teeth are whiter! It is CHEAP too.

Aquafresh White Trays!
It is like wearing little mouthguards. They are simple to use, and work very effectively. Great results in only 3 days.

when I put The strip on nothing hurt except for my tooth felt a little funny for 16 seconds like a sweet feeling
this is my first time wearing them so I dont know how to answer the rest
