I have used them several times and have loved the results everytime. They are so easy to use and work so fast, I notice a difference just a few days after using them. My sister still uses them while I have switched to a Sonicare tooth brush which has also made my teeth whiter but in a more natural way and it wasn't as much of a hassle. So they do actually work, and work great, but make sure not to overdo it or your teeth will look too white. And in my experience, they didn't cause sensitivity or anything like that.
