Having sensitive teeth means that the enamel has worn off or is not as strong as it once was. If you are Truly concerned with the structural standings of your teeth get enamel restoring paste just use this in combination with whitening paste. This should help your teeth.

Basically, you've worn away part/most of the enamel causing more of the inner tooth/nerves to be closer to the surface. Besides veneers @ around $7k, there aren't many products available. I've been using a product by Colgate called Enamelon for about a year which is supposed to help rebuild the enamel but haven't found much difference.
