i tried it and it doesnt really work that well and i didnt see that good of results. it depends on your teeth but some peoples teeth just get sensitive after whitening. try the rembrandt whitening system..thats what worked for me and my teeth were a little sensitive for about a day but it wasnt bad at all. good luck
