Equate Whitening Strips?

Okay..I’m starting to get worried. I’ve used these strips for about three days and it says not to brush your teeth before using them because of gum sensitivity. My teeth have only certain white spots on them and I’m not really seeing any results. No, I don’t brush my teeth before using them because I’m trying to follow the directions. I am also rising my mouth with water before putting the strips on. What should I do?? Should I buy a different brand..will this help blend in the spots? Ahh..my teeth look so bad. Please help!

Just get the Crest Whitening Strips.
So much easier. And your ALLOWED to brush your teeth =]
