i like dissolving listerine strips they worked for me.
i kept them on for 10 minutes,
but they work better if you do for like 30.. wich kinda sucks

Brust your teeth with baking soda everynight after brushing with regular tooth paste…it ill stain your teeth white, no lie!!!

Crest White strips are great, I’ve been using them for about 4 months, but I don’t use them everyday. My teeth have gotten much whiter. The regular ones work just as well as the really expensive ones, the expensive ones (about $50) are just faster. The normal ones are around $30 I think, and my teeth have been fine for sensitivity, it doesn’t bother me at all.
Don’t use the Listerine-quick dissolve strips!
I got a free sample of them and I would never use them again. They are impossible to get out of the packaging and they stick together, and its really hard to un-stick them. Also, once they’re on, you can’t get them off, you pretty much have to wait until they dissolve. And whats really disgusting is that, since they dissolve, you are eating the chemicals used to remove stains from your teeth! I felt really sick after I used them.
