Yes. Space out your whitenings. Even though it may say twice a day or something like that, try once a day or once every other day.
The whitening still adds up, but your results won’t be as fast. But better than being in pain the whole while, right?

YES, two days ago and it was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. I had four 15 minute treatments of ZOOM. The pain started during the third treatment and by the time I left I was in agony. I couldn’t go back to work and had to have someone else pickup my child from school. Think of the worst tooth ache you have EVER had, then imagine that pain coming from every tooth in your mouth. It was so bad the bones in my face hurt, my chin felt like it had been beaten with a hammer. In immense pain, I Googled and found similar cases. Most said the pain lasted 18 – 24 hours, some said a few days. I laid on my bed and prayed for time to pass. Finally around 3:30am I noticed that the intense, non-stop, sharp stabbing pains were happening only about 9 out of every 10 seconds, then about an hour later only 8 of every 10 seconds and so on until around noon the next day, the pain stopped.
Forget water-boarding, you want to make terrorists give up information … put them through the ZOOM tooth whitening torture!
