I got my teeth whitened by using zoom 2 today and the results were great. The only problem is that my teeth hurt sooo bad. the pmaphlet said to take tylenol.. but i did and it didn’t do anything. My teeth didnt start hurting untill about 3 hours after i left the office. The only thing i could think of was hot water.. i have been putting small amounts of hot water in my mouth and spitting it out when it gets colder… for about 2 hours now and it just is unbearable!!! I need to know if there is a better way

You can buy toothpaste which helps its cheap and pretty good at fixing it, stop using the other toothpaste.

the sensitivity will go away in 24 hours. The tubules are open on the teeth from the bleaching, that’s why you can’t eat anything with color for 24 hours. Advil should do it. Don’t worry, it’s the price you pay for being beautiful. NO hot water, that will only make it worse. It’s normal
Didn;t they explain all this to you when you were there? Sensodyne toothpaste is a long term sensitivity problem and won’t work for you.

There’s a thing called Tooth Mousse that you can get from the dentist. It has the same sort of consitancy as toothpaste, but you rub it on your teeth with your finger & leave it sit there. It puts a calcium coating back on your teeth. It might be worth looking into…

YOU ARE NOT ALONE. START BRUSHING WITH SENSODYNE,OR ANY OTHER TOOTHPASTE FOR SENSITIVE TEETH.
IF YOU USE A WHITENING TP, DON’T USE THESE. IT CAN MAKE YOUR TEETH MORE SENSITIVE. YOU CAN ALSO BRUSH WITH PREVIDENT, A HIGH FLUORIDE TP WHICH CAN ALSO DECREASE YOUR SENSITIVITY TO COLD.
IF ALL ELSE FAILS, GO TO THIS DENTIST FOR PROPER TREATMENT.
