		<description>get some sensodyne toothpaste and put it on your teeth a few times a day and let it sit on there.  do not whiten your teeth again.  you might have thin enamel.  get your mercury fillings out.</description>

		<description>I just got the zoom whitening about a month ago and I know what your going through! They gave some medication that helps with sensitivity. They also told me to take advil of course too. I wouldnt try anything unless the dentist okays it. It would be a shame to ruin your new white teeth.</description>
