If you must have your teeth as white as possible, check out the recipe below for home made whitening. Do not just mix peroxide and baking soda, you can seriously damage your enamel and increase sensitivity.

If you brush your teeth for two minutes with any kind of tooth paste your teeth will get white, white white and you can see a difference everytime you brush them. I use to smoke and read a story about brushing your teeth several times a day for two minutes and your teeth will get white. Well I tried it because my teeth were yellow from smoking and it took no time and I now has white teeth.

    Toothpaste

    Baking soda, 5 teaspoon [whitener]

    Salt, 1/4 teaspoon [antiseptic, abrasive]

    Vegetable Glycerin, 5 teaspoon [base]

Peppermint or Spearmint or Pudinhara, 10 drops [fresh breath]

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Adjust the quantity of glycerine to get toothpaste consistency. Store in a wide mouth bottle.
