Laser teeh whitening sensitivity. Is this normal?
Holly J asked:
I had my teeth professionally Laser whitened a week ago today. It really hurt but I was told that the side effects should subside within 24-48hrs. However a week later my teeth and gums and still very sensitive and quite sore. Is this normal and will it get any better?

if it has not gotten better u should go back to your dentist and have him check it out.

Try using a “sensitive” toothpaste. This may help.
I’d also recommend calling your dentist.
Good luck!

My teeth were still sensitive. Stay away from hot/cold foods. My dentist gave me toothpast for sensitivity and a gel (I don’t know what it is called) to calm the nerves. If your dentist gave you nothing go ask for it.
