		<description>My teeth were still sensitive.  Stay away from hot/cold foods.  My dentist gave me toothpast for sensitivity and a gel (I don&#039;t know what it is called) to calm the nerves.  If your dentist gave you nothing go ask for it.</description>

I&#039;d also recommend calling your dentist.
