Hydrogen Peroxide + Baking soda or just regular hydrogen peroxide.

It sounds like a third grade science experiment but it is a quick fix.
But i strongly suggest that you figure out what exactly irritated your mouth. Some whitening strips and pastes do contain hydrogen peroxide and could have very well been the cause of irritation. But then again, it could not have been. Try swishing a cap-full of hydrogen peroxide in your mouth (do not swallow) and if it starts to burn then obviously the hydrogen peroxide was the cause. If not id say you are flying in clear skies.

try these ideas:
1- burn a bread untill it's bcome hard & black then make it soft & mix it with honey , and use it
2- mix your tooth paste with honey .

i tried all of these & it's work ,, but dont ever try to use salt or lemon or bakinsoda & these things because even it's work but it make your teeth sensetive ..

mix a small solution of baking soda and peroxide (make it pastey)....Follow up w/ normal brushing just to get the gross taste of the soda/peroxide mixture.

The peroxide turns into oxygen and water. During this phase, some foaming occurs. This foaming action accomplishes 2 things: it breaks down the film growing on your teeth. It also uncovers previously hidden places where bacteria live. Then, when you brush your teeth, your toothpaste is more effective.

There are multiple benefits to using baking soda. It is mildly abrasive. This means it will scrub your teeth without doing any damage. It also kills the micro-organisms that can cause gum and mouth disease. Lastly, it can neutralize acids that contribute to the damaging stuff that forms on your teeth, i.e., plaque.

Baking soda and peroxide can give you a cheap, safe way to keep your teeth white over time.

I think the most effective natural way is by using peroxide and baking soda. I usually pour the peroxide over my toothpaste then brush because I have a bad *** reflex to peroxide in my mouth. But it works for me I have very sensitive teeth I am only 23 and have to use maximum strength sensodyne everytime I brush.
