Dont go through all the trouble. Just go buy some pro-health mouth wash for whitening & bad breath. Then get some peroxide. mix equal amounts of both and swish with it 2x a day for at least 1 min each time. with in 1 week i promise you will notice a difference.

Well, here is my answers to your questions,
1)Yes, you are right. Some people do experience tooth sensitivity after teeth whitening. But this sensation varies between people, and if it does happen, it only last for a few days or stop once you discontinue using the whitening products . If tooth sensitivity does occur to you, change your toothpaste to sensodyne. It will keep that sensitivity down.
2)Depending on where and how you get your tooth whitened, what expectation you have when dealing with how
“white” you want your teeth to be and what you are eating, the frequency for tooth whitening will varies. If you want your teeth to be super white then you might need to cut down on foods that stain (e.g. coffee, tea, etc).
3) Notice, tooth whitening only helps you remove your old extrinsic stains on your teeth. It doesn’t prevent further staining on your teeth. Hence, if you don’t want to redo tooth whitening again, you need to watch your stained food consumption.
Aside note, hydrogen peroxide is pretty dangerous when use to mix it by yourself. I highly suggest you to either go to a dentist to get it done or buy whitening products such as whitening strips that have already pre-mixed those chemical for you.

In today’s world, people consume lot of tobacco, coffee or smoke a lot. These things cause your teeth to stain and at times even lead to discoloring. Though not harmful, and can be treated easily with best teeth whitening methods. Another method that a professional dentist will undertake is using teeth whitening bleach. The bleach has certain amount of peroxides that wipe off yellow stains and improve the color of your teeth. Depending on your condition, the dentist will use the requisite quantity of bleach.
From the many best teeth whitening methods, in-house teeth whitening kits are sold in the market. These kits consist of plates usually attached to the teeth and enclose the gel that comes with the gel. Whatever any method you choose, important thing is your teeth become very bright to enhance your looks. The time frames required to make the difference will vary, but the effectiveness lies only with the professional doctor. You will not be able to do it by yourself.

Many are choosing professional teeth whitening, having it done by their dentist, as the best possible option. This is more expensive but guarantees a safe, fast and expertly done process that will result in evenly done white teeth.
The process is done faster by a dentist; who can whiten your teeth using a process that takes forty five minutes to complete. This process is done in three fifteen minute sessions. By the end of the forty five minutes the dentist will have whitened their patient’s teeth by eight to ten shades. Depending on how stained the patient’s teeth are this will be a substantial improvement. These benefits and more are what a patient gets by getting their treatment at their dentist’s office.
The dentist will use a gel that is put on the patient’s teeth. There is protection provided to the gums and lips so that the gel will not adversely affect them. As well, unlike the at home kits that can be used, if a person has the treatment done in the dentist’s office they will see results immediately. When they leave the dentist’s office their teeth will be whiter. At home kits take days and sometimes even weeks to complete the treatment process and so show their results slowly.
