Here I thought I was the only one that experienced this! I whitened my teeth nearly 2 years ago and have had to use Sensodyne toothpaste ever since. Switching your toothpaste should hopefully do the trick, it did for me. I guess those whitening products are pretty harsh on the teeth. Did you get yours whitened at the dentists office or use a take home kit?

Ps. Get the Sensodyne fresh mint kind, i’ve tried a few other ones such as “revitalizing” and it tasted awful!

hi hun~my teeth are sensative too,any bleaching aggrivates this especially if you did laser bleaching or a tray from the dentist because its so strong it can weaken the teeth,if you get a tray and fill it with sensodyne and put it in while you sleep for a week helps it calm down it you can will, its only a day so it might be like that for a few days, you can take a mild painkiller from the parmacy i dont think advil will help you might need something that will hit that kind of pain ,i would ask in the pharmacy which one is best ,and you might get a gel around the gums to calm it down it,they will go back to normal and be fine, and avoid real hot and cold drinks and food, warm stuff only for 2 days because you will feel it more, and you know after bleaching about colores foods they will stain so avoid that im sure they told you i think its about a week some are 2 weeks like no coffee, everything will be fine im sure its all worth it~good luck

There’s this stuff for sensitive teeth and it;s really good. It’s called SensiBlok, after 4 days, my sensitive teeth were nothing to worry about. I tried Sensodyne before, and it didn’t really help me at all. SensiBlok is just this gel that you put on your teeth. It’s basically tasteless. Ask you pharmacist about it, or your dentist.
