Natural teeth whitening are also popular, such as :rubbing the inside of the orange peel, brushing the teeth with hard wood ash as it contains a teeth whitener –potassium hydroxide, bushing the teeth every night with apple cider vinegar and many others. Excess intake of coffee, tea, red wine, carbonated drinks and smoking should be avoided.

Buy a Crest Pro Spinbrush. I bought one a week ago for $7.99 [plus tax] and my teeth are about 3 shades whiter by just using the brush and regular toothpaste. The brush has a round brush that spins on top, and a square brush that moves up and down on the bottom. Your teeth will be squeaky clean after you use it, and the stains I had on my teeth are almost gone, and like I said my teeth are about 3 shades whiter in only a week.

When you use whitening agents, they tend to wear away your enamel, which in turn, makes them sensitive as well as making your gums tender due to irritation depending on how abrasive your whitening product is. Your best bet is to use a gradual whitening agent, which won’t wreck your teeth.

You will actually GAIN sensitivity if the whitener is abrasive. Sensitivity isn’t good,it means the nerves will feel pain due to your enamel being worn
Go for non-abrasive.
