Whitening teeth after braces?

I wanted your opinion (from personal experience) on what whitening treatment are most easy and effective. Also, let me know some that I definitely shouldn’t use if they cause sensitivity or wear off in less than a month or two.

Crest white strips are good. You could also talk to your dentist/orthodontist about it. Their stuff will work faster.

I got a free trial of Nutrabrite teeth whitening kit and it worked really well, only had to pay like $5 shipping.
Got the whitening kit, tooth brush, tooth paste and floss.

Hi I will be having the whitening gel when I have mine done, as the laser or light called Zoom is under scrutiny a little I heard, can make teeth far too sensitive.
